kits include pattern, sufficient yarn (with a small allowance for knitting variances) and pewter closures where indicated

yarn colours are the closest approximate to samples shown

knitting with multicoloured yarns – although dyed at the same time, each skein of yarn is a different colour, this is simply the nature of the dye technique and that, which gives its character – some skeins have more dramatic variations and with these you may prefer to avoid colour pooling – work with two or more balls at the same time, alternating them throughout – if you prefer the skeins to stand-alone, select where to place each (one for the main body, another for the sleeves) or simply start a new skein whenever and wherever one runs out – experiment to be satisfied before committing to the final work
